Who are we ?
My name is Pascale, I was born and raised in France and studied languages and translation. Through these studies, I travelled to the United States, Spain, and Canada but it was my desire for wide open spaces and preserved nature that brought me first to Scandinavia, first in Swedish Lapland and then to the mountains of Norway where I have been living for a little over two years now.
Upon arrival in this region and not knowing what to expect, I fell instantly in love with it. After my first hikes and my first meetings with the locals (and the wildlife!), I was hooked. It felt like I had finally found what I had been looking for for a long, long time: a safe and welcoming place, where life is good, with preserved nature, wide open spaces as far as the eye can see, authentic people and traditions, a grandiose playground and contemplation place and a great breath of fresh air and freedom.
Today, with WonderNorway, I simply aspire to introduce this unique and confidential place to an equally unique and confidential public: an environment-friendly public, in search of nature, outdoor activities and adventures, an audience looking to get off the beaten track and away from mass tourism.
